Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY: REGISTRATION cancellation must be confirmed in writing prior to the first day of the meeting. A $100 registration processing fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future conference within two years of the cancellation. Cancelation timeline is dependent on the each individual event.  Please refer to your payment record to see the cancelation policy for your specific event.  

ACTIVITIES: Cancellation must be received in writing 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation received within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.
