Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY: REGISTRATION cancellation must be confirmed in writing prior to the first day of the meeting. A $100 registration processing fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future conference within two years of the cancellation. LODGING cancellation must be received in writing 90 days prior to the first day of the meeting. After that date, lodging deposits are nonrefundable.

Tahiti 

CANCELLATION POLICY: REGISTRATION cancellation must be confirmed in writing prior to the first day of the meeting. A $100 registration processing fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future conference within two years of the cancellation. LODGING cancellation must be received in writing by Friday, July 31, 2026. Flights and travel insurance options will be offered on or before Friday, July 31, 2026.  Attendees can cancel without penalty by Monday, August 31, 2026…..after which time, all deposits and subsequent payments become non-refundable. 

ACTIVITIES: Cancellation must be received in writing 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation received within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.
